Our Adult Education Programs
At Beaumont Adult School, we provide the tools, support, and opportunities adults need to succeed - free of charge. Whether earning your high school diploma, preparing for your GED, or improving your English, our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.
Programs
- Adult Basic Education (ABE): Build foundational Math and English skills to prepare for high school diplomas, equivalency tests, or trade programs. Offered at no cost.
- Adult Transition Program: Tailored for students with disabilities (ages 18-22) to develop vital skills for independence, employment, and community involvement. Free to all participants.
- English as a Second Language (ESL): Learn English to improve your life, employment opportunities, and community involvement. Classes range from beginner to advanced – all at no cost.
- High School Diploma Program: Earn your high school diploma at your own pace through flexible, computer-based independent study. No cost to enroll.
- High School Equivalency Preparation (GED/HiSET): Prepare to test out of school, strengthen subject areas, and earn your equivalency certificate. Classes are available in English and Spanish – completely free.
- U.S. Citizenship Preparation: Complete your N-400, master the civics test, practice interviews, and improve your English skills to achieve naturalization success – all at no cost to you.

Complete the new student online application.
Schedule and take the CASAS assessment exam after you have completed your application. The CASAS test is required for all new students in our General Education classes.
Attend orientation and start classes! Orientation dates and times will be provided at the time of your CASAS assessment.
